Summary

The 3" float valves serving the main water tanks in J&G Buildings 1, 2, and 3 have failed and are non-functional. As a result, the water tank system is currently being operated under manual control, requiring continuous manpower monitoring and posing a risk of overflow and meter malfunction. Urgent replacement is required to restore automated and reliable operation.

Scope of Work

• Remove and replace all defective 3" float valves on the main water tanks in Buildings 1, 2, and 3
• Ensure correct sizing and compatibility with existing tank and pipework configurations
• Test and commission replaced valves to confirm proper automatic operation and accurate water level control
• Carry out a final inspection to confirm satisfactory performance
