Parking modification - Ground floor

Scope of work: Parking modification - Ground floor
1) Removal and disposal of interlocks and kerbstones on the pathway up to a length of 25 meters / 0.75
meter wide ( T1 side).
2) Removal of loose sand and floor to be leveled with concrete (C40) matching the existing parking floor
3) Appropriate slope to be made for vehicle access on to the raised interlock pavement level.
4) Manhole to be removed and to be leveled to existing interlock pavement level.
5) Existing manhole cover to be replaced with D400 - class cover.
6) Kerbstone to be removed and leveled to that of the floor level on the exit side.
7) Wheel stopper to be removed from the existing parking slots which are to be canceled (3 nos).
8) Matching epoxy floor paint to be applied on the modified area’s.
9) Directional floor markings to be modified and painted.
10) Revision of parking area - Ground floor.
11) Removal of interlock for additional parking space.
12) Closing of front entrance and revision of exit along with associated civil and electrical works for shifting
the barrier.
13) Municipality, RTA or any other other authority approval for the proposed work to be taken prior.
Terms & Condition

No Subcontracting: In accordance to Jointly Owned Property Law No.6,2019, Notwithstanding anything in this Agreement, the vendor/contractor may not use any subcontractor to perform any of his obligations under this work order. Unless: 

(a) Vendor has obtained the prior written consent of SAGA to the use of the subcontractor, and 

(b) Vendor has entered into a separate written agreement with the subcontractor which requires the subcontractor to agree to and abide by all the terms and conditions of this Agreement. 

The Community shall be deemed to be a third-party beneficiary of any such agreement between the vendor and a permitted subcontractor. 

Notwithstanding the foregoing, the vendor shall not be relieved of any of its duties or obligations under this Agreement as a result of entering into a written agreement with a permitted subcontractor.
