Request for Proposal (RFP) – Supply, Installation & Commissioning of BTU Metering System
Dear Sir,
Kindly visit the site before submitting your proposal to assess the work requirements.
Please ensure that the proposed BTU meters are readily available in stock within the UAE. This is a mandatory requirement. We will not issue a work order to suppliers who do not have the required stock available.
At this stage, we require a detailed proposal for the supply, installation, testing, and commissioning of the BTU metering system. Preference will be given to companies that can also provide BTU consumption billing and data management services.

Please include the following with your proposal:
- Confirmation of stock availability in the UAE.
- Technical datasheets and product specifications.
- Warranty details.
- Delivery period and installation schedule.
- Commercial proposal with a detailed cost breakdown.
- Details of your BTU consumption billing and AMR monitoring services, if available.
- References for similar projects completed in the UAE.

Terms & Condition
Terms and Conditions:

The contractor shall complete all works within the agreed timeline, subject to delays caused by unforeseen circumstances (e.g., adverse weather conditions), which must be promptly communicated.

All materials used must meet the agreed-upon specifications and standards as stated in the scope of work. Any deviations must be approved in writing.

The contractor is responsible for ensuring the safety of their personnel and compliance with all applicable health and safety regulations.

Any damage caused to the property during the work process must be repaired or compensated by the contractor at their own expense.

Payment terms, including any advance payments, progress payments, and final payments, must be agreed upon in writing before commencement of work.

The contractor shall provide a warranty for the completed work for a duration of 12 months, covering workmanship and material defects.

The contractor is required to secure all necessary permits or approvals for the work to be carried out.

The client reserves the right to inspect the work at any stage to ensure compliance with the agreed standards and scope.

Any additional work outside the original scope must be documented and approved by both parties before execution.

In case of any disputes, both parties agree to resolve the matter amicably or through mediation/arbitration as per the local laws.

The contractor shall maintain confidentiality regarding any sensitive information related to the property or project.

The client reserves the right to terminate the contract in case of non-compliance with the terms and conditions or unsatisfactory progress, subject to prior notice and opportunity to rectify issues.
By accepting this scope of work, the contractor agrees to abide by the above terms and conditions.
