AMC For MEP Services, 2027-2029

Saba 3 Tower: Residential Building with 36 floors consisting of 347 units and 14 retail shops

Location: Cluster Q, JLT

Scope: Provision of full and professional MEP maintenance and management services (scope of services to be defined in the AMC, including KPIs)

Manpower Requirements: 1 Supervisor, 3 Technicians (AC / Plumber / HVAC)

PPM Services: 12 hours per day, 6 days per week
(Manpower for Fridays and public holidays to be agreed)

Inclusions:

·         Tools, equipment/machines, consumables, PPE

·         Ramadan charges

Contract Period: 1 January 2027 – 31 December 2029
