Security Services

Manpower Requirement

2 Male Security Guards - Full-time security deployment (7 days a week, 12 hrs shift)

Contractor shall provide:

• SIRA-trained, uniformed, and licensed security guards.
• Relief security guards during leave, sickness, or absence.
• Staff rotation every three (3) months (or as mutually agreed).
• Continuous supervision of deployed personnel.

2. Scope of Security Services

The Contractor shall provide comprehensive security services for the residential community, including:

A. Security Operations

• Provide continuous security guard services at the property.
• Control access of residents, visitors, contractors, and deliveries.
• Monitor entrances, exits, and common areas.
• Conduct regular patrols of the premises.
• Prevent unauthorized access and security breaches.
• Protect the Skyline Livings Representative's assets and common property.

B. Safety & Emergency Response

Security personnel shall:

• Respond to emergencies.
• Possess basic firefighting knowledge.
• Hold basic First Aid training.
• Be trained in health and safety procedures.
• Immediately report incidents and emergencies to the designated management representatives.

C. Asset Protection

Security personnel shall:

• Protect Skyline Livings Representative property from theft, misuse, vandalism, or damage.
• Exercise reasonable care over all areas under their responsibility.
• Avoid misuse or unauthorized lending of Skyline Livings Representative assets.
• Prevent malicious damage and report suspicious activities.

D. Reporting & Communication

The Contractor shall:

• Prepare daily, weekly, and incident reports.
• Attend regular meetings with the Skyline Livings Representative.
• Escalate incidents through the designated reporting hierarchy.
• Coordinate with the Skyline Livings Representative's representative regarding operational matters.

3. Security Guard Duties

Each security guard shall be responsible for:

• Guarding the premises and common areas.
• Monitoring all entry and exit points.
• Verifying visitors and contractors.
• Conducting routine patrols.
• Maintaining a visible security presence.
• Reporting incidents, hazards, and suspicious behaviour.
• Responding to emergencies.
• Assisting during fire alarms and evacuations.
• Providing basic first aid until emergency services arrive.
• Safeguarding Skyline Livings Representative property.
• Following all Skyline Livings Representative instructions and site procedures.
• Maintaining professional conduct and wearing the prescribed uniform.
• Refusing gifts, gratuities, or rewards.
• Complying with UAE laws and Skyline Livings Representative regulations.

4. Contractor Responsibilities

 Security Services shall:

• Supply trained and qualified security personnel.
• Provide uniforms and supervision.
• Maintain Workmen's Compensation and Personal Accident Insurance.
• Ensure guards are medically fit and legally employed.
• Replace unsuitable personnel upon the Skyline Livings Representative's request.
• Provide relief guards for annual leave, sickness, and emergencies.
• Train replacement staff before deployment.
• Ensure guards are English-speaking and trained in:
  • Firefighting
  • First Aid
  • Health & Safety
