As per attached document.

1. Site Preparation: Clearing and leveling the area where the tennis court will be constructed.
2. Base Construction: Building the base layer, typically consisting of layers of gravel and/or crushed stone, to provide a stable foundation.
3. Drainage: Installing drainage systems to prevent water accumulation on the court surface.
4. Court Surfacing: Applying the chosen surface material, such as asphalt, concrete, or synthetic turf, to create the playing surface.
5. Line Markings: Painting or applying permanent line markings for the tennis court boundaries, service lines, and other court markings.
6. Net Installation: Setting up and installing the tennis net and posts.
7. Fence Installation: Erecting fencing around the perimeter of the court for safety and to contain stray balls.
8. Lighting: Installing lighting fixtures for night-time play.
9. Finishing Touches: Any final touches, such as adding wind screens, benches, or other amenities.

❖ The contractor is responsible for the material delivery.
❖ Obtain necessary access permits and approvals from relevant authorities.
Terms & Condition

Payment will be done after work completion upon submitting the invoice along with work completion/service reports/warranty certificates. 

No Subcontracting: In accordance to Jointly Owned Property Law No.6,2019, Notwithstanding anything in this Agreement, the vendor/contractor may not use any subcontractor to perform any of his obligations under this work order. Unless: 

(a) Vendor has obtained the prior written consent of SAGA to the use of the subcontractor, and 

(b) Vendor has entered into a separate written agreement with the subcontractor which requires the subcontractor to agree to and abide by all the terms and conditions of this Agreement. 

The Community shall be deemed to be a third-party beneficiary of any such agreement between the vendor and a permitted subcontractor. 

Notwithstanding the foregoing, the vendor shall not be relieved of any of its duties or obligations under this Agreement as a result of entering into a written agreement with a permitted subcontractor.
