Supply & Installation of Hot-pressed Insulated GRP Panel Water Tank

·       Size of the tank: 11.0 M (L) X 4.5 M (W) X 3.0 M (H) GRP Water tank No.2 (Mechanical Floor)

·       Capacity of the tank: 148.5 M3

·       Brand: PIPECO (MALAYSIA)

·       Hot pressed – insulated

·       GRP sectional water tank

·       Included tank installation plumbing work

·       INTERNAL SS 316 AND EXTERNAL HDG SUPPORT SYSTEM

·       SKID BASE – HDG HOLLOW SECTION 50 X 50 X 3 MM (SQUARE TUBE)

·       Internal Ladder (GRP) and External Ladder (HDG) for 2 Mtr. height tank and above only.

·       HDG Steel Skid with HDG Bolt / Nut / Washer for 2 Mtr. height tank and above only.

·       Air Vent, Inlet, Outlet, Overflow and Drain – 1 No. each with PVC flange (FL/PL)

·       connections up to 3”

·       All Internal Metallic parts in continuous contact with water are Stainless Steel 316/A4

·       grade and External HDG Support Accessories with HDG Bolt/Nut/Washers.

·       Sealant Tape – Non-Toxic PVC Foam Type

·       Roof Panel Vertical Support (Internal) – PVC Pipe.

·       Manhole: 750mm Dia. with sealed cover and Lock. – 1 No

Manufacturer Warranty: 10 Years from the date of installation/testing and commission.

Terms & Condition

No Subcontracting: In accordance to Jointly Owned Property Law No.6,2019, Notwithstanding anything in this Agreement, the vendor/contractor may not use any subcontractor to perform any of his obligations under this work order. Unless: 

(a) Vendor has obtained the prior written consent of SAGA to the use of the subcontractor, and 

(b) Vendor has entered into a separate written agreement with the subcontractor which requires the subcontractor to agree to and abide by all the terms and conditions of this Agreement. 

The Community shall be deemed to be a third-party beneficiary of any such agreement between the vendor and a permitted subcontractor. 

Notwithstanding the foregoing, the vendor shall not be relieved of any of its duties or obligations under this Agreement as a result of entering into a written agreement with a permitted subcontractor.
