- Ground Floor LV Room : 2 Ton brand Daikin/Carrier unit- 1 Nos

Scope of Work

1. Supply and Installation: Supply and install new split-type air conditioning units.

2. Indoor and Outdoor Units: Install indoor and outdoor units, including mounting brackets and vibration isolators.

3. Refrigerant Piping: Route and connect refrigerant piping between indoor and outdoor units.

4. Electrical Work: Install electrical cabling, isolators, and MCBs.

5. Control Wiring: Install interconnecting control wiring.

6. Drainage: Supply and install proper drainage piping from the indoor unit to a designated safe drainage pipeline location.

7. Coring Works: Perform coring works through walls/slabs for refrigerant piping, drainage lines, and cabling.

8. Sealing: Seal all core openings after completion using fire-rated or waterproof sealants as required.

9. Pressure Testing: Conduct pressure testing of refrigerant lines for leaks.

10. Warranty: Provide a 1-year warranty on all workmanship and installation.

11. Equipment Warranty: Provide a 1-year comprehensive warranty on the split A/C unit, including compressor and all major components.

12. Safety Precautions: Follow proper PPE and safety precautions throughout the installation.

13. Site Visit: Conduct a site visit prior to installation.
