Dismantling & Removal of Elevators

• Remove existing wall panels, ceiling, flooring, handrails, and other outdated fixtures.
• Carefully dismantle light fittings, fan covers, and mirrors.
• Remove skirting, control panel fascia, and false ceiling.

Cabin Interior Works

Wall Panels:

• Supply and install new decorative panels (stainless steel, laminated finish, or as per approved design).
• Provide protective skirting at floor level.

Ceiling:

• Install new ceiling with integrated LED lighting and ventilation fan provision.
• Use stainless steel/aluminum/laminate finish as per design.

Flooring:

• Supply and fix heavy-duty, anti-slip vinyl/granite/marble / other approved finish.
• Ensure proper leveling and alignment.

Mirror & Handrails:

• Supply and install safety mirror on one side of the cabin (as per design).
• Install new stainless-steel handrail(s).

Electrical & Lighting Works

• Install new energy-efficient LED lights with proper wiring connections.
• Refurbish / replace cabin fan for ventilation.
• Ensure all electrical work comply with safety standards.

Testing & Commissioning

• Conduct inspection of refurbished cabin finishes and fixtures.
• Test lighting, fan, control panel, and communication system (intercom/alarm).
• Verify safety compliance and proper functioning before handover.
