Replacement of Defective Contactor for Boiler-1

Scope of Work:

• Inspect Boiler-1 and identify the defective electrical components.
• Isolate power supply and carry out safe dismantling of the faulty contactor and contact block.
• Supply and replace defective contactor with compatible model/specification:
  • Contactor AV1 – 50
  • 34HP – 25KW
  • 415V – 50HZ
  • Ith 60A Ui 690V
  • IEC 60947-4
• Supply and replace contact block:
  • AVA-A11
  • Ith 10A Ui690V
  • AC15 3A 240V
  • IEC 60947-5
• Check all electrical terminations and connections.
• Test and commission Boiler-1 to ensure proper operation and restoration of hot water supply.
• Clean the work area and dispose of defective materials after completion.
