Routine maintenance inspections of Hilliana Tower identified significant external paint damage, peeling, fading, and surface issues (holes and cracks) on the back and both sides of the building. Caused by environmental exposure, aging, and moisture, these issues threaten both the building's aesthetic appeal and structural integrity. The estimated total area requiring repair and repainting is approximately 780 square meters.

Scope of Work

• Location: Exterior back and both sides of Hilliana Tower.

• Objective: Repair surface defects and apply a protective exterior paint finish to approximately 780 square meters of affected wall area.

• Key Tasks:

  • Site Preparation: Erect necessary scaffolding, ensure worker safety compliance, and use protective coverings to shield adjacent areas from paint spillage.

  • Surface Cleaning: Thoroughly clean all affected surfaces to remove loose paint, dirt, and environmental contaminants.

  • Surface Repair: Fill and seal all holes and cracks using appropriate exterior-grade fillers or sealants.

  • Priming: Apply an exterior primer to all repaired spots to guarantee proper paint adhesion.

  • Painting: Apply two coats of high-quality, weather-resistant exterior paint suitable for the local climate (exact area to be verified and measured during the final site visit).
