3. FCU DEEP SERVICING
Scope of work:-
•Stainer Removal and flushing
•FCU motor removal and servicing
•FCU blower removal and servicing
•Drainage tray cleaning water flushing
•Drainage Tray insulation checking correction
•Supply and installation of return grills
•Removal and cleaning, Disinfection and re-fixing.
4. GYPSUM CEILING LOBBY AND RECEPTION AREA
Scope of work:-
•Supply and fixing of gypsum ceiling
•Supply and fixing og gypsum channel (Tchannel, furing channel, C
•Gypsum ceiling ceiling fixing with proper level
•Supply and fixing of different Size access panels. (Based on the site requirements)
6. PAINTING (Lift lobby ,Reception full area,lift lobby path
Scope of work:-
• Protection the wooden floor and wall paper and wooden cladding,
• Nail punch mark filling with paint compound.
• proper jointing with fiber mesh proper leveling with primer
application with MSDS.
•Supply and apply putty application
• Proper leveling with sand paper and sanding machine
• Supply and apply of Primer application.
• Two layer existing original paint welsh flint.
6. ELECTRIC LIGHTS
Supply and fixing of focus light
Supply and installation of LED lights as per the client approved
Supply and installation of focus light water falling area

Terms & Condition
No Subcontracting: In accordance to Jointly Owned Property Law No.6,2019, Notwithstanding anything in this Agreement, the vendor/contractor may not use any subcontractor to perform any of his obligations under this work order. Unless:
(a) Vendor has obtained the prior written consent of SAGA to the use of the subcontractor, and
(b) Vendor has entered into a separate written agreement with the subcontractor which requires the subcontractor to agree to and abide by all the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
The Community shall be deemed to be a third-party beneficiary of any such agreement between the vendor and a permitted subcontractor.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, the vendor shall not be relieved of any of its duties or obligations under this Agreement as a result of entering into a written agreement with a permitted subcontractor.
