House Keeping

To be done 3 times a day , a through washing of area to be done on weekly basis

Deep Cleaning of Outside area i.e. area between the building entrances, boundary wall and the building wall.

To be done 3 times a day, a through cleaning to be done on Sundays/ off days.

Basement area and Service area 

Twice A day a through washing of area to be done on weekly basis with jet wash.

Building facilities (Gym- Pool-kids play area)

Twice A day  a through washing of area to be done on weekly basis

Cleaning of Lifts

Every 2 Hours and a through cleaning on Sundays / Off days

Cleaning of Security Room

Every 4 Hours and a through cleaning on Sundays / Off days

Set Back service Area

Every day, the set back area should be clean of any litters, debris, and unwanted items.

Swimming-pool surrounding area
