Façade Cleaning (01/01/2027 to 31/12/2029)

1. Provide all labour, supervision, tools, equipment, access systems, materials, and consumables required for complete external façade cleaning of the building.
2. Clean all external façade surfaces including, but not limited to:
   • External glass and glazing
   • Window frames, mullions, and spandrel panels
   • Aluminium composite panels (ACP)
   • Concrete, stone, and painted surfaces
   • External balcony façades
   • Louvres, fins, and façade projections
3. Façade cleaning shall be carried out without the use of a permanent cradle/BMU, using approved alternative access methods such as:
   • Rope access systems, and/or
   • Mobile Elevated Work Platforms (MEWP), and/or
   • Localized scaffolding where required
     (Contractor to include all access provisions in their quotation.)
4. Use non-abrasive, façade-safe, and environmentally friendly cleaning agents suitable for the building materials.
5. Remove dust, sand, dirt, bird droppings, and atmospheric pollution marks. Cleaning shall not damage façade materials, sealants, or coatings.
6. Provide all necessary safety measures including PPE, exclusion zones, warning signage, and ground safety supervision.
7. Protect surrounding areas, balconies, landscaping, and adjacent property from damage or water spillage during cleaning works.
8. Carry out works in accordance with UAE regulations, local authority requirements, and building management rules.
9. Complete façade cleaning to all elevations of the building as per site conditions and approved access methodology.
10. Any areas found incomplete or unsatisfactory during inspection shall be re-cleaned at no additional cost.

Pressure wash service on complete facade to be done 2 times per year
