Scope of Work for CO Sensor Calibration

Location: Basement 1,2,3,4 parking area with jet fans

Location: Podiums 1,2,3 parking area with jet fans


Scope Objective

 To ensure CO sensors are accurately calibrated and functioning correctly, meeting regulatory compliance requirements


Generic Scope of Work

1. Third-Party Inspection: Conduct a thorough inspection of CO sensors by a qualified third-party technician.

2. Calibration: Calibrate CO sensors according to the manufacturer's instructions, relevant regulatory standards, and compliance laws.

3. Testing: Perform comprehensive testing to verify the accuracy and functionality of CO sensors after calibration.

4. Rectification: Rectify any issues or defects identified during inspection or testing, ensuring CO sensors meet regulatory requirements.

5. Certification: Provide certification documents upon successful completion of calibration and testing, as per compliance laws and regulations.

6. Compliance Reporting: Submit a detailed report outlining the calibration process, test results, and any rectification work performed, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

7. Requirements: Calibration and testing to be performed by a qualified and experienced third-party team with use of calibrated and certified equipment.

8. Site Visit required.

Terms & Condition

No Subcontracting: In accordance to Jointly Owned Property Law No.6,2019, Notwithstanding anything in this Agreement, the vendor/contractor may not use any subcontractor to perform any of his obligations under this work order. Unless: 

(a) Vendor has obtained the prior written consent of SAGA to the use of the subcontractor, and 

(b) Vendor has entered into a separate written agreement with the subcontractor which requires the subcontractor to agree to and abide by all the terms and conditions of this Agreement. 

The Community shall be deemed to be a third-party beneficiary of any such agreement between the vendor and a permitted subcontractor. 

Notwithstanding the foregoing, the vendor shall not be relieved of any of its duties or obligations under this Agreement as a result of entering into a written agreement with a permitted subcontractor.
