The contractor shall carry out a complete mobile network enhancement solution for the building, including conducting a detailed site survey to map signal strength across all apartments and common areas, identifying coverage gaps, and determining technical requirements; proposing a compliant solution, Etisalat‑approved repeaters, or small‑cell systems with full design, equipment specifications, and layout; supplying all required materials and devices; performing installation, configuration, testing, and commissioning to ensure strong and stable indoor mobile reception; coordinating with TDRA and Etisalat/e& for approvals; and providing all handover documentation, warranties, as‑built drawings, and a preventive maintenance plan.
