AMC For Third Party Building Inspection, 2027-2029

Saba 3 Tower: Residential Building 36 floors consisting of 347 units and 14 retail shops

Location: Cluster Q, JLT

Scope of Work: Annual Maintenance Inspections of MEP Items on the building and its systems. After each inspection a report will be submitted confirming the status of the maintenance of each equipment and system.

PPM Frequency: 3x a year

Contract Period: 1 January 2027 – 31 December 2029

Submission Requirements

• Include KPI/SLA details
• Specify VAT
• Soft copy submission only
