Saba 3 Tower: Residential Building 36 floors consisting of 347 units and 14 retail shops

Location: Cluster Q, JLT

 

Scope and Frequency:

  • Provision of full and professional swimming pool and Jacuzzi maintenance (3 times a week cleaning)
  • Chemical reading every 15 days
  • Microbiology test and Legionella test (every 3 months)

Contract Period: 1 January 2027 – 31 December 2029

Submission Requirements

  • Specify VAT
  • Soft copy submission only
