AMC For Housekeeping Services, 2027-2029

Saba 3 Tower: Residential Building with 36 floors consisting of 347 units and 14 retail shops

Location: Cluster Q, JLT

Scope of Work: Provision of full professional cleaning services for building common areas (scope to be detailed in AMC with KPIs)

Manpower Requirement: (1 Team Leader, 1 Lady Cleaner, 2 Male Cleaners)

Inclusions:

·         Tools, equipment/machines, consumables

·         Ramadan charges

PPM Service: 12 hours, 7 days per week

Contract Period: 1 January 2027 – 31 December 2029
