Supply and  installation of Waterproofing of planter box

Location- Planter box 2 nos

Material Brand -Petrozo

 (1-layer Anti root membrane with 1- layer protection board)

·       Removal of sand from the planter. (Treen and plant to be removed by FM team)

·       Supply and apply one coat of solvent primer.

·       Supply and apply of one layer of 4mm thick anti root torch welded waterproofing membrane in the

horizontal and vertical surface and to be done proper

termination of membrane and

protection board on the groove.

·       Supply and apply of 3.2mm thick protection board to horizontal

and vertical surface.

·       Sealant to be applied in groove.

·       Filling back the sand with one layer of geotextile.

Supply and installation of negative waterproofing system–MTN System

 Location- Corridor male and female washroom = 20 sqm

 Material Brand – SIFS

·       Clean the surface to remove all contamination / paint / dirt.

·       Removal of skirting.

·       Use Infrared heater and dry the wall to identify the entry areas of water.

·       Vacuum clean the substrate [ dust free]

·       Apply SR Prime MT.

·       Apply SS Bond MTN system.

·       Application of putty and 2 coats of paint.

 Supply and installation of Pu Foam and resin leakage repair of overhead injection of soffit

 Location- Podium soffit.

 Material Brand – X calibur

·       Drill packer holes at a 45° angle to the concrete.

·       The packer will be placed alternately on both sides of the crack.

·       After drilling, remove the dust e.g., using compressed air. Otherwise, the dust can block the crack.

·       Place Injection Packers in the drilled hole, so that the top of the rubber sleeve is below the concrete surface

·       Tighten the packer with a wrench. Remove the nipples in order to check the flow of water if there is flowing water and injection resin later on.

·       Fix only the nonreturn valve (e.g., nipple) on the first (starting) packer.

·       Injecting PU Foam and resin through injection machine

·       Cut the packers and fill the holes with epoxy putty.

 Location- Podium 3 soffit and wall and ground floor.

·       Removal of damage concrete

·       Reinforcement to be replaced if corrosion is more the 20%.

·       Apply of Mapei ME05 micro concrete with SRA.

·       Apply of 2 coats anti-carbonation paint system

Supply and installation of epoxy coating system with primer

Location – Podium 3 -Telephone room

Material Brand- X calibur

 

·       Supply and application of the X prime MT100 with epoxy roller over the floor.

·       Supply and application of the X-Tech Epoxyseal FLR 100 one coat evenly over the floor.

·       Broadcast ant slip aggregate i.e X-Tech ASG Medium (Quartz)

·       Remove the excess quartz with broom and vacuum the surface to remove excess quartz.

·       Supply and application of the X-Tech Epoxyseal FLR 100 second coat as final coat evenly over the floor.

Terms & Condition

No Subcontracting: In accordance to Jointly Owned Property Law No.6,2019, Notwithstanding anything in this Agreement, the vendor/contractor may not use any subcontractor to perform any of his obligations under this work order. Unless: 

(a) Vendor has obtained the prior written consent of SAGA to the use of the subcontractor, and 

(b) Vendor has entered into a separate written agreement with the subcontractor which requires the subcontractor to agree to and abide by all the terms and conditions of this Agreement. 

The Community shall be deemed to be a third-party beneficiary of any such agreement between the vendor and a permitted subcontractor. 

Notwithstanding the foregoing, the vendor shall not be relieved of any of its duties or obligations under this Agreement as a result of entering into a written agreement with a permitted subcontractor.
