Specifically, there is no physical barrier separating the adult and children's pools, which violates the New Dubai Municipality Public Swimming Pool Safety Guidelines. This omission poses a severe safety risk, potentially allowing children to accidentally enter the adult pool and increasing the risk of drowning. The root cause is that the barrier was not included during the initial installation.

Scope of Work

• Barrier Installation: Supply and install a suitable, compliant safety barrier between the adult and children's swimming pools.

• Dimensions: Cover an approximate running length of 6 meters.

• Compliance & Safety: Ensure the barrier provides proper physical separation to prevent children from accidentally accessing the adult pool, aligning fully with Dubai Municipality safety regulations.
