  • ·         Supply and installation of pool front side wall plaster and tiles as per our design 1.20 cm height
  • ·         Supply and installation of shower area new block wall with tile and waterproof etc. (price in LS)
  • ·         Supply and installation of swimming pool and all other accessories (PVC box drainage cover, side water plug
  • ·         Removal of existing swimming pool area false ceiling and cart away only in pool area
  • ·         Supply and installation of gypsum ceiling (MR) including all accessories also with joint taping
  • ·         Supply and application of paint ( primer 1coat, putti 2 coat & 2 coat top coat) ( paint to retain the moisture
  • ·         Supply and installation of new ceiling lights including all accessories
  • ·         Supply and installation of access panels (60*60)
  • ·         Removal of existing tiles and 10 cm screed around the swimming pool & sitting area and cart away
  • ·         Supply and application of waterproofing round the poolside area 2coat
  • ·         Supply and installation of floor tiles60*30*2cm with all accessories and grouting
  • ·         Supply and installation of shower area shower with hot water supply
  • ·         Supply and construction of planter boxes around the side walls including (Block work, plastering, waterproofing, tile irrigation conducting, water supply and drainage, light, etc.
  • ·         Supply and fix pool bed as per design in wooden basic. Interior Swimming pool drawings should be provided by the Contractor
  • ·         Supply and fix table and chair in wood two table and chair as per requirements. The number of Should be provided by the contractor as per Sq. ft

Terms & Condition

No Subcontracting: In accordance to Jointly Owned Property Law No.6,2019, Notwithstanding anything in this Agreement, the vendor/contractor may not use any subcontractor to perform any of his obligations under this work order. Unless: 

(a) Vendor has obtained the prior written consent of SAGA to the use of the subcontractor, and 

(b) Vendor has entered into a separate written agreement with the subcontractor which requires the subcontractor to agree to and abide by all the terms and conditions of this Agreement. 

The Community shall be deemed to be a third-party beneficiary of any such agreement between the vendor and a permitted subcontractor. 

Notwithstanding the foregoing, the vendor shall not be relieved of any of its duties or obligations under this Agreement as a result of entering into a written agreement with a permitted subcontractor.
