Payment Terms: 30 Days from submission of Invoice

1. All invoices shall be uploaded exclusively through the ISKAAN system, and no invoices shall be accepted through email or any other means. Accordingly, the Supplier is required to complete registration on the ISKAAN platform and submit all invoices through the system at the following link: https://app.iskaan.com/login
2. Each invoice must be accompanied by a Service Report detailing the scope of services performed. The Service Report shall include clear descriptions of the work executed (service period), along with photographic evidence before and after the service completion (If applicable). The report must be duly stamped and approved by the Building MEP Team confirming that the services have been delivered in a satisfactory manner. Submission of the approved Service Report together with the invoice is a mandatory condition precedent for payment release. Any invoice submitted without the required documentation shall be deemed incomplete and shall not be processed for payment.
3. The Service Provider acknowledges and agrees that all payments under this Agreement shall be released exclusively from the relevant regulated escrow account of the community (Jointly Owned Property JOP, as defined under Law No. 6 of 2019).
4. Payments shall be subject to verification of satisfactory performance, submission of all required documenta on, and compliance with agreed service standards.

• Vendor Must Hold a Valid UAE Trade License.
• Vendor Must Comply with UAE Labor Laws, VAT Regulations, And PCRE Requirements.

3. Warranty / Guarantee

• Warranty Period: Workmanship Warranty 1 Year

• Tax Invoices
• Mobilization Security Deposit Cheque
• Work In Progress Report – Photographic
• Signed Work Completion Certificate
• Warranty Certificates

5. Confidentiality

• Vendor Shall Maintain Confidentiality of All Company Documents, Specifications, And Project Data
