Dear Sir,


We are planning to replace the existing damaged PVC flooring at the swimming pool deck area in our building. You are invited to visit the site, assess the current condition, and submit your technical proposal and commercial quotation for the complete replacement work.


The scope shall include, but not be limited to the following:

  • Removal and disposal of existing PVC flooring and damaged base supports
  • Provision of new base support system 
  • Supply and installation of outdoor-grade WPC (Wood Plastic Composite) decking system
  • Provision of all required accessories (fasteners, clips, trims, edge covers, etc.)
  • Ensuring proper slope and drainage for water flow
  • Application of waterproofing system (if required) prior to installation
  • Final finishing, cleaning, and handing over

The proposed material shall meet the following criteria:

  • Suitable for swimming pool deck application
  • Waterproof and moisture-resistant
  • UV-resistant (suitable for UAE climate conditions)
  • Anti-slip surface (safe for barefoot use)
  • High durability for heavy foot traffic
  • Low maintenance and long service life
  • Minimum 5 years warranty (material and installation)

Contractor Requirements

  • Mandatory site visit prior to submission
  • Submission of material catalogues and technical datasheets
  • Submission of method statement and installation details
  • Provision of similar project references (preferably pool deck works)
  • Compliance with Dubai Municipality rules and safety regulations

Submission Details

  • Detailed technical proposal
  • Material specifications and warranty details
  • Commercial quotation

Terms & Condition

Terms and Conditions:

  1. The contractor shall complete all works within the agreed timeline, subject to delays caused by unforeseen circumstances (e.g., adverse weather conditions), which must be promptly communicated.

  2. All materials used must meet the agreed-upon specifications and standards as stated in the scope of work. Any deviations must be approved in writing.

  3. The contractor is responsible for ensuring the safety of their personnel and compliance with all applicable health and safety regulations.

  4. Any damage caused to the property during the work process must be repaired or compensated by the contractor at their own expense.

  5. Payment terms, including any advance payments, progress payments, and final payments, must be agreed upon in writing before commencement of work.

  6. The contractor shall provide a warranty for the completed work for a duration of 12 months, covering workmanship and material defects.

  7. The contractor is required to secure all necessary permits or approvals for the work to be carried out.

  8. The client reserves the right to inspect the work at any stage to ensure compliance with the agreed standards and scope.

  9. Any additional work outside the original scope must be documented and approved by both parties before execution.

  10. In case of any disputes, both parties agree to resolve the matter amicably or through mediation/arbitration as per the local laws.

  11. The contractor shall maintain confidentiality regarding any sensitive information related to the property or project.

  12. The client reserves the right to terminate the contract in case of non-compliance with the terms and conditions or unsatisfactory progress, subject to prior notice and opportunity to rectify issues.

By accepting this scope of work, the contractor agrees to abide by the above terms and conditions.
