Dear Sir,

Greetings from Building Management.

We are planning to install a fully automatic chemical dosing system for our swimming pool to ensure proper water quality control and compliance with Dubai Municipality regulations.

The system shall be operated in fully automatic mode with continuous monitoring and control of pool water chemistry, including pH and chlorine levels. The required parameters must strictly comply with Dubai Municipality standards.

We request your team to kindly visit the site and recommend a suitable automatic dosing system based on our pool capacity and operational requirements.

Scope of requirement:
• Fully automatic dosing system (pH & chlorine control)
• Online monitoring with sensors (pH / ORP / Free Chlorine)
• Auto dosing pumps with safety interlocks
• Control panel with display and alarms
• Integration with existing filtration system (if applicable)
• Compliance with Dubai Municipality standards

Terms & Condition

Terms and Conditions:

  1. The contractor shall complete all works within the agreed timeline, subject to delays caused by unforeseen circumstances (e.g., adverse weather conditions), which must be promptly communicated.

  2. All materials used must meet the agreed-upon specifications and standards as stated in the scope of work. Any deviations must be approved in writing.

  3. The contractor is responsible for ensuring the safety of their personnel and compliance with all applicable health and safety regulations.

  4. Any damage caused to the property during the work process must be repaired or compensated by the contractor at their own expense.

  5. Payment terms, including any advance payments, progress payments, and final payments, must be agreed upon in writing before commencement of work.

  6. The contractor shall provide a warranty for the completed work for a duration of 12 months, covering workmanship and material defects.

  7. The contractor is required to secure all necessary permits or approvals for the work to be carried out.

  8. The client reserves the right to inspect the work at any stage to ensure compliance with the agreed standards and scope.

  9. Any additional work outside the original scope must be documented and approved by both parties before execution.

  10. In case of any disputes, both parties agree to resolve the matter amicably or through mediation/arbitration as per the local laws.

  11. The contractor shall maintain confidentiality regarding any sensitive information related to the property or project.

  12. The client reserves the right to terminate the contract in case of non-compliance with the terms and conditions or unsatisfactory progress, subject to prior notice and opportunity to rectify issues.

By accepting this scope of work, the contractor agrees to abide by the above terms and conditions.
