Supply and Installation of Swimming pool Outdoor Furniture

Ø  Supply and Installation of Rattan sun bed with arm and wheels - 18 No’s

Material: Powder coated aluminum frame weaved with all-weathered synthetic rattan in a choice of any color.

 

Ø  Supply and Installation of Sun bed cushions - 6 No’s (As per sample)

Sunbed Cushion: To be made in SUNPROOF fabric in a choice of any plain color with reinforced stitching. Fabric made for outdoor with UV protected, stain and water resistant, anti-mildew, pilling resistance, tear strength and colorfastness.

Ø  Supply of Side table with tempered glass top Dimension: 46 x 46 x Height 46cm – 9 No’s

Material: Powder coated aluminum frame weaved with all-weathered synthetic rattan in a choice of any color. Tempered glass top - 6mm thickness

Ø  Swimming Pool Umbrella (Beige) with heavy duty base (Center Base) – 10 No’s

Terms & Condition

No Subcontracting: In accordance to Jointly Owned Property Law No.6,2019, Notwithstanding anything in this Agreement, the vendor/contractor may not use any subcontractor to perform any of his obligations under this work order. Unless: 

(a) Vendor has obtained the prior written consent of SAGA to the use of the subcontractor, and 

(b) Vendor has entered into a separate written agreement with the subcontractor which requires the subcontractor to agree to and abide by all the terms and conditions of this Agreement. 

The Community shall be deemed to be a third-party beneficiary of any such agreement between the vendor and a permitted subcontractor. 

Notwithstanding the foregoing, the vendor shall not be relieved of any of its duties or obligations under this Agreement as a result of entering into a written agreement with a permitted subcontractor.
