Roof Top Wall Crack Repair & Repainting Works 
  • Inspect rooftop wall areas and identify all minor cracks.
  • Clean and prepare the damaged surfaces.
  • Fill cracks using suitable putty/crack filler.
  • Smooth and level the repaired surfaces.
  • Apply primer where required.
  • Carry out repainting of repaired areas (Approx. 22 sqm).
  • Use specified paint system:
    • Brand: JOTUN
    • Product: PILOT II
    • Color: IVORY (Code: 0567 / 0504-Y21R)
    • Base: BASE 1
  • Ensure uniform finish and color matching with existing surfaces.
  • Clean the area and remove all debris after completion.
