Fire Rated Works

• Removal and disposal of existing GI ductwork for 2 staircase pressurization fans at the roof level (Approx. 66 Sq.m)

• Supply & installation of 4-hour fire-rated GI ductwork for 2 staircase pressurization units at the roof level (Approx. 66 Sq.m)

• Supply & installation of Non-Return Dampers (NRDs) for each pressurization fan (2 Nos.)

• Supply & installation of Motorized Dampers (MDs) for each pressurization fan (2 Nos.)

• Supply & installation of Motorized Fire Dampers (MFDs) for each pressurization fan (2 Nos.)

• Supply & installation of Pressure Relief Dampers (PRDs) for each pressurization fan (2 Nos.)

• Supply & installation of Egg Crate Grilles in staircase area (80 Nos.)

• Supply & installation of containment and cable pulling for fire alarm interfacing and associated electrical works for new MFDs (2 Nos.)

Civil Works

• Construction of concrete/block walls around MFDs at the roof level(2 Nos.)

• Shaft wall openings for PRD installation (2 Nos.)

• Fire-rated sealant application around MFDs and PRDs
