Background

During a routine inspection, the landing glass door of the passenger lift at Basement 3 was found to be operating improperly. Upon further investigation by the assigned technician, it was determined that the door floor machine is faulty due to extensive age and continuous daily wear from regular lift operation. The component has deteriorated to a point where it can no longer function reliably and requires full replacement.

Scope of Work

The work covers the supply and replacement of the faulty door floor machine at the Basement 3 passenger lift landing. The following activities are included:

• Removal of the existing faulty door floor machine
• Supply and installation of 2 nos. new 90-degree door floor machines, German manufactured
• Alignment and adjustment of the landing door to ensure smooth and correct operation after installation
• Testing and commissioning of the door mechanism to confirm full functionality
