2. Reserve Fund Study Analysis and forecasting of capital repair and replacement needs over the property’s lifecycle, including adequacy of current reserve funding.
3. Asset Register Creation Development of a comprehensive and digitized register of all tangible assets with details such as asset type, condition, installation date, and estimated lifecycle.
