I hope you are doing well; Kindly I request copies of the following documents along with the proposal:

•                    Proposal should be for 3-year contract and should be valid for 90 days.

•                    Copy of valid Trade License

•                    Copy of valid VAT Certificate

Proposals submitted without above certificates will be disqualified.

•                    Proposals should be submitted with following two options:

•                    1 cheque payment to Owners Association (Cheque to be provided at the time of agreement signature)

•                    4 cheques payment annually to Owners Association (PDC cheques for 3 years to be provided at the time of agreement signature) 

- Please provide monthly car cleaning charges for Sedan & SUV (Twice/Thrice times weekly)
