Kindly arrange site inspection and submit us your proposal for Rectification of Water Leakage in Unit 4505 in Marina Arcade. Location is in Dubai Marina.

• Identify and rectify the source of water leakage from the swimming pool area to Unit 4504.
• Prepare and facilitate the area for waterproofing works around the swimming pool and the lower floor of swimming pool area
• Carry out waterproofing around the swimming pool and the lower floor of swimming pool area.
• Supply and install new tiles around the swimming pool area and the lower floor area of the swimming pool.
• Perform grouting works inside the pool area.
• Carry out grouting on all external sides of the swimming pool area wherever required
• Repair and restore all damages inside Unit of 4504 (inside bedroom at the upper floor and the washroom in GF of the unit)
