GENERAL SERVICE DESCRIBTION

External landscaping / potted plants /trees and shrubs/ ground covers/ lawns.

A). weekly:

3 visits per week

Checking the irrigation system.

Weeding and litter removal.

Remove all unwanted weed growth over the whole planted areas, keeping all areas of each plant in a weed / grass – free and tidy condition.

Secure stakes and ties, replace them if necessary.

Adjust any ties, replace them if necessary.

Firm up any plants which become loose as a result of wind or other cause.

B) Monthly

Pruning

Pure all plants all as appropriate to their species to maintain a healthy growth and good form

Apply fertilizer

Mowing and edging of grass

C) as and when Required
