During each Visit, the contractor’s service engineer will inspect the generator and carry out off load test for identifying the fault and to exercise the generator. This test shall be witnessed and signed by the client’s representative. In addition the contractors engineer will give advice and guidance to the client’s operators for the proper maintenance and efficient working of generator. Client will be required to maintain a log book for noting down the detailed operations of generator. this log book shall be updated by the client’s operator as the generator is used.

Oil filter, Diesel filter Air filter Engine oil and cleaning agents are to be provided by the contractor during the visits. Filters will be changed every 250 hours or once in year. All other spares required to be replaced or need repairing will be chargeable to client.
