Scope of Work A. Surface Preparation & Epoxy Painting • Locations: o Basement 2 – Near Parking No. 68 o Basement 2 – Near Parking No. 76 o Basement 1 – Near Parking No. 30 • Paint Color: As per client confirmation • Finish: Epoxy (Jota Floor Paint) • Area per Location: Approx. 2.5 m x 3.3 m • Activities Include: o Cleaning the surface to remove dust and dirt. o Applying 1 coat of primer and 2 coats of Jota floor paint (approved color). o Final finishing and drying to ensure a slip-resistant, durable coating. o Conducting a visual inspection post-application. B. Cycle Rack Fabrication & Installation • Location: Basement 2, Near Parking No. 68 • Material: Mild Steel (MS), epoxy-painted • Size: 3.30 meters in length • Capacity: Maximum number of cycles that can fit in allocated length (approx. 3.30M) • Activities Include: o Fabrication as per approved design and standard dimensions. o Safe delivery and secure floor anchoring. o Surface protection and minor touch-up painting as needed. o Final alignment and handover. C. E-Scooter Stand Fabrication & Charging Point Installation • Locations: o Basement 1 – Near Parking No. 30 o Basement 2 – Near Parking No. 76 • Material: Mild Steel (MS), epoxy-painted • Size: 3.30 meters in length • Capacity: Maximum number of e-scooters that can fit in allocated length (approx. 3.30M) • Electrical Provision: o 2 power sockets per stand (total: 4 sockets) o Installation of sockets in accessible locations for charging. o Testing to ensure proper function and user safety. • Activities Include: o Fabrication and installation of MS stand structure. o Installation and wiring of power sockets from nearest DB. o Functionality test of electrical outlets. o Final safety check and system activation. D. Safety Measures & Final Inspection • Implement PPE and safety protocol throughout the execution. • Secure barriers and clear markings during work. • Final inspection of painted surfaces, racks, and electrical points. • Removal of debris and cleaning of the area upon completion. Note: • Contractor to do detailed site survey during the mandatory site visit. • Proposal shall consist of all the material requirements and measurements. Any variation requests after issuing LPO or thereafter will not be accepted by client. • Any services, item of work or small detail not specifically mentioned but inferred and necessary for the satisfactory operation of the system or installation shall be provided by the Contractor without any additional cost to the Client. • Contractor will arrange their own materials/equipment when needed for carrying out the work. • Contractor is responsible to use their own tools (third-party certified) and access equipment whenever needed for satisfactory completion of job. • It is the responsibility of the contractor to follow all applicable Dubai Municipality and UAE regulations. Terms & Condition

No Subcontracting: In accordance to Jointly Owned Property Law No.6,2019, Notwithstanding anything in this Agreement, the vendor/contractor may not use any subcontractor to perform any of his obligations under this work order. Unless: 

(a) Vendor has obtained the prior written consent of SAGA to the use of the subcontractor, and 

(b) Vendor has entered into a separate written agreement with the subcontractor which requires the subcontractor to agree to and abide by all the terms and conditions of this Agreement. 

The Community shall be deemed to be a third-party beneficiary of any such agreement between the vendor and a permitted subcontractor. 

Notwithstanding the foregoing, the vendor shall not be relieved of any of its duties or obligations under this Agreement as a result of entering into a written agreement with a permitted subcontractor.

As per standards

Payment will be done after work completion upon submitting the invoice along with work completion/service reports/warranty certificates.
