General Pest Control Service

The Contractor shall provide General Public Health Pest Control Services for the property in accordance with the approved service programme and quotation.

A. Crawling Insect Control

Treatment and control of crawling insects, including:

• Cockroaches
• Crickets
• Spiders
• Bedbugs
• Ants
• Other crawling insects

B. Flying Insect Control

Treatment and control of:

• Flies
• Mosquitoes

C. Rodent Control

Treatment and monitoring for:

• Roof Rats
• Norway Rats
• House Mice

The services shall be performed on a monthly basis throughout the contract period.

3. Technician Duties

The pest control technicians shall:

• Carry out scheduled monthly pest control treatments.
• Inspect the property for pest activity.
• Apply approved pest control treatments for crawling insects, flying insects, and rodents.
• Monitor rodent bait stations and traps.
• Re-treat affected areas free of charge if pest activity reoccurs within the contracted areas.
• Respond to Skyline Livings Representative complaints regarding pest activity within 24 hours.
• Follow approved treatment program and safety procedures.
• Maintain service records for each visit.
• Coordinate treatment schedules with the Skyline Livings Representative.
• Notify the Skyline Livings Representative before each scheduled visit (24–48 hours in advance).

4. Reporting & Documentation

The Contractor shall:

• Conduct an initial planning meeting with the Skyline Livings Representative.
• Prepare a project schedule covering all planned service activities.
• Confirm appointments with the Skyline Livings Representative 24–48 hours before each treatment.
• Issue a service report after every visit as proof of service.
• Record service dates, activities performed, and treatment locations.

5. Safety & Compliance

The Contractor shall:

• Comply with Municipality Health & Safety regulations.
• Follow all applicable industry safety codes.
• Maintain Workmen's Compensation Insurance.
• Maintain Third-Party Liability Insurance.
• Use safe pest control methods and procedures.
