Scope of Work:
• Protect work area with proper barricading.
• Drain the existing Calorifier and remove the insulation.
• Isolate the power source and remove all the cables.
• Dismantling of existing system (calorifier-3).
• Preparation of platform
• Supply and installation of new tank (Material-Stainless steel) with necessary supports.
• Contractor should be taken any local authority permit if required.
• Carryout leak test to ensure the leakage.
• Supply and installation of insulation with external protective jacket for tank as per the site requirement.
• Supply and installation of required piping includes all necessary fittings and valves.
• Supply and installation of heat exchangers and boiler system includes all necessary fittings (Material-Stainless steel).
• Supply and installation of protective cover for the heat exchanger and boiler (if required).
• Supply and installation of thermostat to control and monitor the water temperature.
• Supply and installation of Exhaust system with necessary supports.
• Supply and installation of control panel and necessary wirings.
• Testing and commissioning
• Hand over to client.

Terms & Condition
No Subcontracting: In accordance to Jointly Owned Property Law No.6,2019, Notwithstanding anything in this Agreement, the vendor/contractor may not use any subcontractor to perform any of his obligations under this work order. Unless:
(a) Vendor has obtained the prior written consent of SAGA to the use of the subcontractor, and
(b) Vendor has entered into a separate written agreement with the subcontractor which requires the subcontractor to agree to and abide by all the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
The Community shall be deemed to be a third-party beneficiary of any such agreement between the vendor and a permitted subcontractor.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, the vendor shall not be relieved of any of its duties or obligations under this Agreement as a result of entering into a written agreement with a permitted subcontractor.
