SCOPE OF WORK:

Annual Maintenance Contract for Gate Barrier System

GATE BARRIER BRAND: BFT

 Entrance - 1 no

Exit - 1 no

Frequency: QUARTERLY

3 YEARS PERIOD

A.     Preventive Maintenance.

Preventive maintenance services cover for the Systems with full plan of preventive maintained and serviced up to the highest standards to assure the smooth operation of the system.

1.      Service covered under Preventive Maintenance.

2.      Four major planned preventive maintenance works including the repair of any defect detected during the visit. It includes

a) Adjustment or tuning as required.

b) Cleaning as required.

c) Lubrication of moving mechanical part.

d) Input Output testing.

e) Power supply and Battery testing.

f) Functional testing and observation.

g) Operational parameter testing and observation.

2. Scope of work covered under Preventive Maintenance.

·   Gate Barrier System:

-          Check the physical condition of the equipment.

-          Check the main supply for proper functionality.

-          Run the manual test of the equipment.

-          Test all the gate barriers units, arms and motors for proper functionality.

-          Check the sensitivity of the magnetic loop.

-          Calibrate the system when required.

-          Check the interface with fire alarm system and access control.

-          Check the programming master remotes.

-          Check the power supply and operation.

 

B.     Corrective Maintenance.

Corrective maintenance and repair service cover the Systems up on any emergency break down and fault or defect find on preventive maintenance on free of service charge.

According to the fault, the detailed report to the client with a list and quote (If require the components) of components required for rectification of the fault and severity level defect. Prior to the client’s approval will provide the service.

3.      Service covered under Corrective Maintenance.

All kinds of rectification and repairing for fault and system breakdown and the corrective maintenance works including the repair of any defect detected during the visit. It includes,

a) Repairing, Adjustment or tuning as required.

b) Cleaning as required.

c) Functional testing and observation.

d) Operational parameter testing and observation.

5. Scope of work covered under Corrective Maintenance.
