Services:
Supply and Installation of Furniture and Floor Carpet at the Ground Floor Management Office
1. Furniture Supply and Installation:
o Supply of office desks, chairs,
o Delivery, assembly, and proper placement.
o Removal of packaging material and cleanup after installation.
2. Floor Carpet Supply and Installation:
o Supply of high-quality commercial-grade carpet suitable for office use.
o Removal of existing flooring material, if necessary.
o Installation of carpet including surface preparation, fixing, and finishing.
o Inspection and approval of carpet installation for quality and alignment.
3. Timeline: Work to be completed within [Insert Timeframe] from the date of approval.
4. Safety and Compliance: All work will be carried out in compliance with relevant safety regulations and building codes.
5. Deliverables:
• Fully furnished and carpeted management office.
• Warranty documents for supplied materials and workmanship.
❖ Obtain necessary work permits and approvals from relevant authorities for delivery and storage.
❖ Warranty and support: The supplier must provide warranty.
Terms & Condition
No Subcontracting: In accordance to Jointly Owned Property Law No.6,2019, Notwithstanding anything in this Agreement, the vendor/contractor may not use any subcontractor to perform any of his obligations under this work order. Unless:
(a) Vendor has obtained the prior written consent of SAGA to the use of the subcontractor, and
(b) Vendor has entered into a separate written agreement with the subcontractor which requires the subcontractor to agree to and abide by all the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
The Community shall be deemed to be a third-party beneficiary of any such agreement between the vendor and a permitted subcontractor.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, the vendor shall not be relieved of any of its duties or obligations under this Agreement as a result of entering into a written agreement with a permitted subcontractor.
Payment will be done after work completion upon submitting the invoice along with work completion/service reports/warranty certificates.
