● To make Civil Openings in each floor and two roof slabs for proper access to riser piping. (Establish proper access points and routes for equipment and personnel, considering any height limitations or constraints inside the shaft riser.) ● Removal of existing 12" Ø Vertical Condenser Piping starting from roof up to basement for both towers including small part of horizontal piping in basement ● Ensure that all mobilization and lifting operations comply with relevant safety protocols, including risk assessments for crane use, working at height, and any other specific hazards associated with the shaft riser installation. ● Arrangement of mobile crane to remove old pipes / shift new pipes to roof. (Utilize a crane or any other heavy-lifting equipment to move large or heavy pipes, valves, and materials from ground level to the required floor levels in the towers, particularly for items that need to be transported through the shaft riser.)
