B14.03–Lift Third Party Certification

Description of Services

• Third-party inspection for lift – Yearly two times
• Equipment details – Lift (Schindler)
• Quantity – 3
• No of Stops - 5

Scope of works

• Perform and undertake inspection as per schedule and regulations
• Works executed must be in line with international quality standards
• Prompt and up-to-date reporting to Building Management or Technical Supervisor
• Staff deployment must be in compliance to what has been stipulated in the contract.
• Mandatory HSEQ standards Compliance
• Review existing lift documentation, maintenance logs, and previous certificates.
• Conduct full mechanical, electrical, and safety inspections for each lift.
• Perform load testing as per standards.
• Verify ARD (Automatic Rescue Device) functionality.
• Assess ride quality, leveling accuracy, vibration, and noise.
• Identify and classify defects (Critical / Major / Minor / Recommendations).
• Provide photographic evidence for all findings.
• Detailed Inspection Report
• Defect List
• Load Test Certificate
• Annual Lift Safety Certificate (DM/DCD compliant)
• Conduct re‑inspection after AMC rectification (if required)
