Scope of Work

1. Identify and document the root cause of the existing issues.

2. Develop a comprehensive work plan outlining the proposed methodology for implementation.

3. Conduct a full inspection and repair of Basement Floors 1, 2, 3, and 4, addressing all identified problems.

4. Apply plastering and painting to all basement areas following completion of waterproofing works.

5. Ensure the waterproofing system is properly compacted and installed. Where required, apply full concrete fillers to reinforce the structure.

6. For areas with deteriorated concrete, expose the steel reinforcement, carry out the necessary treatment, and restore the concrete to its original integrity.

7. Provide a minimum warranty of 10 years for all works performed.
