Water leakage has been observed from the planter boxes located near the reception entrance of Plazzo Residence. The existing planter boxes have sustained damage and require replacement to address the leakage issue and restore the appearance and functionality of the reception entrance area.

A total of 6 damaged planter boxes are to be replaced.

Scope of Work

• Inspect the existing damaged planter boxes at the reception entrance area.

• Carefully remove and dispose of 6 existing damaged planter boxes.

• Supply and install 6 new planter boxes of the following dimensions:

  • Length: 100 cm

  • Height: 50 cm

  • Width: 36 cm

• Preferred colour: Black or Grey.

• Ensure the new planter boxes are properly positioned, levelled, and securely installed.

• Take necessary measures to prevent water leakage from the planter boxes and ensure proper drainage.

• Make good and clean the surrounding reception entrance area after completion of the work.

• Remove all debris and waste generated during the replacement works and hand over the area in a clean and safe condition.
