SCOPE OF WORK- Repair Works for Water Leakage issue between unit 1034 & 1134

1.      Mobilization

·                Mobilization and organizing the work permits for the project from the hotel.

·                Dumping debris to the Municipality approved area.

·                Provide cover using 3mm MDF or corrugated PVC sheets to protect the work area.

·                Removing, storing and refixing of existing wall hung water closet.

2.      Demolition

·       Removal of existing tiles in floor and wall in the water closet area only.(2 mtrs.)

·       Demolition of existing sand and bituminous or cementatious waterproofing layer below closet area.( 2mtrs.)

3.      Supply and Installation

·       Plastering the walls and existing bottom concrete surface.

·       Waterproofing with cementitious compound with fiber in the water closet area only.         ( Mapei/Equivalent).

·       Water leakage testing for 48 hrs.

·       Plain Cement Concreting (10cm thick) the floor above compacted sand.

·       Supply and installation of new tiles in the water closet area with waterproof tile glue (Tile color 90 % matching to existing one).

·       Grouting the joints with Waterproof epoxy grout. (Client approved grout color)

·       Re Installation of water closet.

·       Removing and reinstallation of new gypsum ceiling in the damaged ceiling . Painting the damaged Area : 45 Sq.mtrs (wall+ceiling) Cleaning the area post completion of the work.
