Main Entrance Tiles
Inspect the dislocated tiles at the main entrance and carry out necessary repairs. Any tiles found to be damaged beyond repair shall be replaced with matching tiles to maintain the existing finish and appearance.

Landscaping Works
Conduct maintenance and restoration of the surrounding landscaping area, including leveling, replanting where required, and general improvement to restore the area to proper condition.

Signage Lighting
Inspect and repair the lighting fixtures around the signage. Existing lights that are not functioning shall be fixed or replaced to ensure proper illumination.

Cascades Signage
Carry out polishing and repainting of the Cascades signage on the front side. The repainting shall match the existing color and finish.

Main Entrance Painting
Carry out repainting works at the main entrance area where required. The paint color and finish shall match the existing appearance of the building.

Main Lobby Furniture
Refurbish the worn-out furniture upholstery in the main lobby. If replacement is required, the contractor shall submit three (3) material or design options for client review and approval prior to execution.

General Requirements
The contractor shall be responsible for obtaining all necessary NOCs, permits, and authority approvals, including submission of drawings if required by the relevant authorities. All approvals and compliance requirements shall be the responsibility of the contractor prior to commencement of work.
