Summary

The Recirculation Air Handling Unit (RAHU) blowers (55 Nos.) at J&G Building have reached the end of their service life. Installed in 2004 and repeatedly repaired over the years, the blowers are now severely rusted and worn out beyond repair, resulting in inadequate cooling in the served residential rooms. Urgent replacement is required to restore reliable operation.

Scope of Work

• Dismantle and remove fifty-five (55 Nos.) faulty RAHU blower assemblies.

• Supply fifty-five (55 Nos.) new blower assemblies compatible with existing RAHUs.

• Install and reconnect electrical connections for RAHU blowers.

• Test and commission RAHUs to ensure proper airflow and reliable cooling performance.
