I.
OBJECTIVE
The selected service provider registered with Trade License
issued by Dubai Economic Department shall provide Landscape maintenance for
Seven Hotel & Apartments. Ensuring all landscape and irrigation activities
are carried out in accordance with the best industry practices and relevant
municipality guidelines.
II.
PERIOD
OF CONTRACT
The period of control will be for three years.
Amendments extending the period of performance, if any, shall be
at the sole discretion of the management - Seven Tides Owners Association
Management (STOAM).
Proposal should be addressed to Seven Tides Owners Association
Management on behalf of Seven Hotel Apartments.
