| 1 | Removal of Existing Waterproofing & Paint System | Remove the existing waterproofing layer and painting system down to the top of the combo system. |
| 2 | Joint Preparation & Crack Filling | Remove the existing fillers and fill the cracks with waterproof sealant between the joints and the aluminium glazing curtain wall at roof level, inside the glass room only. |
| 3 | Primer & Double-Layer SBS Membrane – 155 sqm | Supply and apply one coat of primer and lay double layers of 4 mm SBS membrane (180 gsm) – 155 sqm. |
| 4 | Protection Board – 155 sqm | Supply and apply one layer of protection board over the new membrane – 155 sqm. |
| 5 | Drain Outlet Repair | Repair the drain outlet termination and fill the cracks around it. |
