Greetings from PID Owners Association Management.

We would like to invite your company to provide a proposal for East Villa Swimming pool - Damaged tiles replacement work.

Scope of Work

·         Carefully remove existing damaged, broken, and uneven tiles.

·         Dispose of removed tiles and related debris in accordance with local waste disposal regulations.

·         Remove old grouts, mortar bedding, and loose materials completely.

·         Excavate and level the base layer where settlement has occurred.

·         Compact and stabilize the sub-base to ensure proper leveling and avoid future settlement.

Tile Installation

·         Supply and installation of new heavy duty Porcelain Tile Matt (same as existing color or approximate matches) Suitable for outdoor anti-slip floor tiles, matching the existing tiles color,       design, and pattern.

·         Ensure correct spacing and alignment using spacers or tile leveling systems.

·         Cut tiles to fit corners, edges, and fixtures neatly.

Grouting and Sealing

·         Apply grout evenly entire deck area and clean excess.

·         Clean the tile surface thoroughly after installation.

Finishing and Touch-up

·         Conduct a final clean-up of the workspace.

Please note that we require two separate proposals: one for the Damaged Area Tile Replacement and another for the Full Area Tile Replacement.

Please include the following in your proposal

• Product specifications (dimensions, materials, features, Weather-resistant ,etc.)
• Pricing details
• Delivery timeline
• Warranty and after-sales support (if any)
