Dear Service provider,

Greetings from ASTECO!

You are kindly advised to submit proposal for the mentioned service.
Service: Cleaning Garbage Chute

Building - 2B+G+R+27F. 

Scope of work:  Please find the attachment.

Garbage Chute System+4 Times Duct Inside Cleaning.

List of Equipment’s included in our Annual Maintenance Contract: (Only Checking &

Servicing)

1. Hopper Door Shock Absorbers.

2. Hopper Door Indicators.

3. Hopper Door Latches.

4. Fire sprinklers.

5. Cleaning Sprinklers.

6. Chute Exhaust Fan.

7. Cleaning System.

8. Sanitizing Unit.

9. Control panel.

10. Fire cut off door.

11. Access door.

12. Full Garbage Hopper Doors & Chute Duct inside cleaning floor by floor (with

cleaning liquid mixed by water) by electrical powered cleaning machine and brush.

Cleaning Chemicals (contains amongst other ingredient less than 5% anionic ,

nonionic , soap, perfume , preservation. ) will be used to clean the internal surface

of the chute duct

13. Four (4) times cleaning in a year.(Every Three Months One Time Cleaning)

Note: Might be some areas that cannot be reach due to lack of access and safety.

Scope of work;

 Complete checking and maintenance One Time Every Three Months floor by floor

the whole system as per the following details:

1. Checking Control panel & Chute Exhaust fan.

2. Checking hopper door units and indicators

3. Checking chute cleaning system.

4. Checking and adjusting the door balancing system.

 Unlimited Call out shall be free and within 24 hours

 The contract will cover the labor charge.

 Training for your staff. We use our material only.

 Emergencies on call are free.

Contract period :  1st January 2026 to 31st December 2026.

Terms & Condition

No Subcontracting: In accordance to Jointly Owned Property Law No.6,2019, Notwithstanding anything in this Agreement, the vendor/contractor may not use any subcontractor to perform any of his obligations under this work order. Unless: 

(a) Vendor has obtained the prior written consent of SAGA to the use of the subcontractor, and 

(b) Vendor has entered into a separate written agreement with the subcontractor which requires the subcontractor to agree to and abide by all the terms and conditions of this Agreement. 

The Community shall be deemed to be a third-party beneficiary of any such agreement between the vendor and a permitted subcontractor. 

Notwithstanding the foregoing, the vendor shall not be relieved of any of its duties or obligations under this Agreement as a result of entering into a written agreement with a permitted subcontractor.

Payment will be done after work completion upon submitting the invoice along with work completion/service reports/warranty certificates.
